We understand that time is of the essence and there
is a great deal to do at this time; as soon as we hear
from you we will contact you to agree the schedule and

and Kent are renowned for offering a personal service,
if necessary we will contact you via telephone or email
to fine tune your individual needs. This is why we do
not have a 'Shopping cart' website.
An invoice will be raised once you have completed
the order forms. We will follow up with a schedule of
dates for us all to work to in getting the design, proofing
and printing of your stationery completed.
Payment in full is due on presentation of online or
paper proofs. Printing will not commence until payment
has cleared our account.
Payment may be made by an internet bank transfer, Our
banking details will be shown on the bottom left of
Cash is accepted if you are local. Credit card or Paypal
is available, (note: a 3.6% surcharge applies). Lastly,
cash may be paid directly into your local HSBC bank.
We appreciate time is precious when organising a funeral
so we produce an online proof for you to approve from
the comfort of your own home. Updates can be made in
minutes to make for a speedy sign off so print may commence.
Please note: Once you have said 'Yes to Print'
or confirmed for us to proceed with printing on your
approval form or via email this is final and we cannot
accept responsibility for errors made by you or ourselves.
Minimum order quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of £100.00.
If your order is near this value, please call to see
if we can accept your order. This will depend on our
workload at that time.
Do note: this does not mean that you
need to spend £100.00 everytime you place a separate
order from us. It means that your entire order for your
Funeral needs to add up to this value at least in total.
Stationery not on the list
If you require a particular piece of stationery that
does not feature on our price list, please do not hesitate
to ask if if we can produce this for you. We are more
than happy to fulfill most requests!.
Postage & Packaging
We now offer a choice of postal services.
Please select which one you require when ordering.
If you do require your stationery to arrive on a specific
day or urgently, you will need to request Royal Mail
Special Delivery guaranteed next day. This is a 100%
efficient service that we have never had any faults

There may be some slight variations on the above costs
as it is difficult to factor in all scenarios.
Please check all of your stationery when delivered
within no later than two days of arrival.
If you are local you are welcome to collect. We may
alternatively be able to deliver at an agreed rate.
When your print is produced there is sometimes a few
over prints. These may be sent out as samples to other
prospective clients. If you do not wish for them to
be sent, please let us know.
Sales and Marketing
We do occasionally use client stationery for sales
and marketing purposes online and offline, for example,
Funeral magazines, flickr and facebook. If you do not
wish for your stationery to be included please email
us and we will happily remove any web based items and
ensure your stationey is not used in the future.
"I would like to order your Photographic
Stationery, please can you advise me on how to send
the images we require?."
There are 2 options available for the receipt of images;
1) Please scan your images at home at a resolution
of no less than 300 dpi (dots per inch). The image should
also be no smaller than 70mm square. Please then email
them to us.
2) Send them in the post - BUT FIRST, please ensure
you have taken a copy of the image. Please also send
via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day arrival as
this is the most secure and guaranteed form of post.
Images will be returned to you.
We make every effort to ensure old images look as good
as possible on print. This is only possible if the image
supplied to us is of reasonable condition in the first
place. We will let you know if an image is unsuitable.
